Insurance Guidance Designed for You

we offer insurance and financing for all your oral surgery needs

At Sunridge Oral Surgery, navigating dental insurance shouldn’t add stress to your care. Whether you’re facing wisdom tooth removal, bone grafting, or another surgical procedure, we’ll help you understand how your benefits apply.

Our supportive team can:

  • Review your dental plan, including deductible, co-insurance, and limits.
  • Facilitate direct billing whenever possible to streamline the process.
  • Provide pre-treatment breakdowns of your expected costs for submission to your insurer.

Because insurance coverage can vary greatly depending on provider and plan design, we encourage patients to meet with us early to make the most of available benefits.

We’re committed to making oral surgery affordable and accessible:

  • Direct Billing to Your Insurer — Minimizes out-of-pocket wait times.
  • Flexible Clinic Payment Plans — Customized options for procedures that qualify.

Frequently Asked Questions

While patients can begin the financing process at the clinic, approvals and funding typically take at least 4 hours. We recommend patients apply in advance when possible, to allow time for review and ensure they can proceed with their appointment stress-free.

Patients receive an instant loan approval decision upon application submission. Beautifi will call the patient within 1 business hour and can be ready to fund a treatment within the same day. If the patient submits an application via the merchant led link, our customer care team will call them within 5 minutes (during business hours). Approvals may take longer if we require a co-signor or additional information.

Approvals are based on an applicant’s creditworthiness, income, debt-to-income ratio, employment history, and other financial factors. Credit score and income are the two main factors in determining approvals and interest rates offered.

On average, more than 75% of patients are approved for a loan with Beautifi. The remaining 25% are referred to our sub- prime partner, Spring Financial, who will typically approve about half of the applicants.

While Beautifi has no set minimum income, patients with less than $2,500 in monthly pre-tax income will typically not qualify for a loan.

Beautifi will typically approve patients with a credit score of 525 or higher. Patients with a credit score below 600 will likely be referred to our sub-prime partner for approval.

Beautifi pays the clinic directly via EFT or cheque. Payment is issued in advance of the service or treatment, and confirmation is sent to the clinic via email once the funds have been deposited.

Patients should apply for financing as far in advance of their appointment as possible so they can attend their consultation with the peace of mind that financing has been approved.

Patients can choose to finance all or just a portion of their treatment or procedure amount. However, Beautifi will always approve them for the highest amount we can allow.

Patients can pay off their loan at any time with no pre-payment penalties or fees.

Applying with Beautifi does not affect your patient’s credit score. We perform a soft-credit check, which does not show up on the patient’s bureau, so there is no risk in applying.
